Bookings must be pre-booked in advance. We are unable to accept walk ins.
To ensure that you and your guests are seated together, please ensure you make the booking under one name. Failure to do this, will mean that parties booking separately will be treated as a separate booking and sat on separate tables.
Tickets are valid for your stated entry time. Your booking entitles you and your party to dine for up to 2 hours.
Free car parking is available on site. Please note, Missenden Abbey has an ANPR parking system and all guests are required to log their car registration plate at Reception to avoid parking charges.

Bookings

Bookings cannot be exchanged, transferred or resold for commercial gain.
Visitors will not be allowed admission to the event without a valid booking reference.
Please check all your bookings upon purchase, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.

Food

Dietary requirements and food allergies must be provided upon booking. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform Missenden Abbey of any changes to dietary requirements and allergens at least 48 hours before the event.
Missenden Abbey cannot guarantee that we will able to cater for any last-minute dietary changes.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Bookings cannot be exchanged or refunded.
If you can no longer attend on your booked day, no refunds will be given.
In light of Missenden Abbey having to cancel the event you will be fully refunded or offered tickets for an alternative, future event.

Additional Information

For the safety of visitors to the event, the organisers reserve the right to refuse admission, and may on occasions conduct security searches.
Missenden Abbey reserve the right to alter or vary the content or timing of the whole or any part of the event due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control without being obliged to refund or exchange tickets.
Missenden Abbey cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property brought to the event.
Visitors may be filmed or recorded for broadcast, advertising or security purposes during the event.
Photos may be taken at the event. These photos will be used by Missenden Abbey for social media, printed publicity and our website for advertising purposes.
Please note, this is a family friendly event and failure to comply with any of these rules could result in refused entry or immediate removal from the venue.
